Travelling again, we set off after a good training session in the pool and drove from Yorkton to Saskatoon. It is a larger city than we expected and sits on the Saskatchewan River which is a tributary of the Churchill River which flows all the way from the Rockies to the Hudson Bay in Churchill. We have been amazed at the number and size of the rivers in the prairies that are so flat and dry. The pace is slow here and life and has a very apathetic atmosphere.
