Staying in a hotel in Canmore with a 3 storey water slide, we spent the morning trying out the indoor pool, waterslide and Jacuzzi whilst looking out the large windows at the surrounding mountains. It’s a hard life!!!
In the late afternoon, we headed out for a special evening. Driving to the Sulphur Mountain in Banff, we climbed on the gondola and headed up 1000m to the summit. It was snowing on top, but we headed off to climb the summit a short distance away where we looked out over 2 parallel glacial valleys either side of us, the town of Banff with it’s famous golf course and beautiful mountains, lakes and rivers surrounding it. A beauty to behold!
